Effective professional development....everyday, so every student achieves, every single educator must engage....can this be done? ABSOLUTELY! A district must commit, commit, commit. The professionals within the organization must also commit. This can be difficult. People fear change. Money is tight. We have a love/hate relationship with our old or current ways.
